There are two costs associated with Easy Forms:
- Setup – converting your paper based forms to electronic versions, and
- Running – providing the service that allows you to turn the forms into records.
The setup cost is dependant upon the complexity and number of forms that need to be converted, and prices start from $110 inc GST. Running costs vary according the number of records that are generated and we base this on the number of people in your organisation. Annual and monthly payment methods are available with prices starting at $11 inc GST per month.
